Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved communities in Western North Carolina.
WNCCHS is seeking a mission-minded family medicine physician to provide full-scope patient-centered, integrated team-based, and trauma-informed care for vulnerable populations across the lifespan.
Family Medicine Physicians collaborate with behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and care management teams to provide whole-person, integrated care to individuals and families, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $190,000 to $220,000 (based on 40 hours/week)
- Plus quarterly incentive program (up to $20,000 per year)

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MD/DO from accredited school of medicine and completion of accredited residency program required
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina MD or DO licensure, DEA and BLS required
- Must be Medicaid and Medicare eligible
- Board Certification is preferred
- Experience in community health or outpatient care preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Russian is a plus
- HIV care experience a plus
